Written Boundaries: What Do You Think?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
After my second disclosure, I spent a lot of time online. Some might say an unhealthy time online. Those some would be my counselor and my husband’s CSAT. They weren’t wrong.
During that time, I remember seeing a lot of disagreements about boundary agreements. People agreed that boundaries were necessary for someone’s well-being, but not much about written boundary agreements.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
Sending everyone happy and healthy vibes,
Laura
